Initial Eligibility Criteria Graduate of Miller (South Dakota) High School; Awardee must be under the age of 25 years old on the date of the scholarship award; Scholarship funds shall be used for no degree above a bachelor’s degree or the equivalent; Eligibility for scholarships is for the first year of education beyond high school or for four years (eight semesters or the equivalent) and at the discretion of the scholarship committee; Attend an accredited institution that will lead to a degree, certification, or license with a particular skill or employment; Must demonstrate moral propriety (e.g., no felony convictions or adverse school discipline); Minimum high school grade point average (on a scale of 4.0): 2.5; Full or part-time enrollment; Demonstrate involvement in community or volunteer service and/or extracurricular activity; Verify financial need or merit
